I've been searching for the answer to my question on my own and I'm stumped.
Just like I couldn't find any handy answers available in either the FAQ or Review Program Guidelines for what brands can be requested - although Lena was great and helped me out with that part - I can't find where this seemingly important piece of information is stated for people who have just started the Review Program or haven't joined and are trying to read up about the details.
If I had known previously about the "One Free Assignment Per Month" rule I likely would have spent much longer in deliberation trying to decide what I would have most wanted to try, whether it was lingerie or a new toy. It does make sense to have this rule, even if I do think allowing 2-3 a month wouldn't do any harm (and would certainly be more fun for the reviewers ), but I feel it needs to be stated somewhere a little more obvious (or have where it's stated pointed out to me if I've overlooked it like a dummy).
