You have to add a link to the picture. That's the only way to do it if your review isn't on a blog.

Tuesday, I just want to clarify a bit. I have a picture of a toy on my computer that I want to put in a post/review.

I am not sure how to add a link to the picture. I know then how to add the link. (figured that out at least)

Thank you so much for taking the time.

You'll need somewhere to upload it like flikr.com or twitpic.com. The latter requires a twitter account, but thats free too. There are other sites that let you upload pics for free. Once its uploaded you can link to it.

And I'm glad you want to do this. Pictures seriously add to the value of a review.

It really would be great if we could add the pics to the reviews on here.

Just got done setting up the account at flikr and was able to add a pic to a post I have on plug bases. Thanks again.

I agree, I did a review for a sleeve last week and really wanted to add a picture of the inner texture.

--NuMe, I would swear that I have seen pic's on review's... Maybe they were on a blog?

I like having my pictures off-site because then I can choose to delete them later if I have privacy issues or something like that.

I had not thought of that
Thanks.

I am pretty sure I have seen reviews with the pics displayed on the review now. Not sure how to do it, but it can be done, I am pretty sure.

It depends on the type of review I think, because one of the formats doesn't allow it, but I think standard does. In the little bubble that pops up for links and formatting, it should be the bottom line if it's available as an option. If it is, you'd have to start with a hosting site like Tuesday mentioned, although I went with imageshack.com. Once you've uploaded the picture you make like you're going to post a link, only the beginning of it would look like this instead: [img| then the link and the name of it.

Did that make any sense?

You can add images to the review, just make sure they have appropriate width. See how to add images in "Links & formatting" in top right corner of review text field of the review submission form.

Yup. Sure did. I have not tried to put one in a review yet. I thought I would wait for my next review and try it there. If it works I would like to go back to my last review and add a pic of the inside texture.

I feel that pic's really could be useful in a lot of reviews, much like the videos do.
