So I saw on another post that there is a heart under their name in their discussions...Im not finding the grey heart!!Where is it?!Also how do you make a discussion or poll a favorite?I havent seen that option either!

Just go to any post by that contributor. Under their username and photo you'll see a grey heart. You can click it to make that contributor a favorite.
You can make a post a favorite by clicking the grey heart next to the discussion name either in the discussion page or on the forum page (the heart shows up when you hover over the discussion name).
