I admit, it's sort of random for me. If I read a review and it hits me right, I click over and nominate it then. Does anyone have a methodology or system that they use? Or is it just random for everyone?

I've always wondered this too. I usually don't nominate because I'm indecisive and get overwhelmed. I read a great review and go "what if they publish something even better tomorrow?!" and hold off. Then the deadline comes and I'm so swamped in choices I just freak and can't decide. LOL. I'm kinda crazy sometimes. Especially with decision making.
