HTML anchors

So I'm working on a review right now. Often I will hit save and then hit edit again so that my current work is saved in case something were to happen like I accidently close the browser window. The pain right now is it takes back up to the top of the page instead of the section you said you want to edit or save. If some HTML anchors were put in the page this could easily be fixed. Just thought it might be a simple easy way to improve the ease of writing a review on Eden. Thanks.
