I posted 3 reviews in the past couple days, yet it won't let me post my review on my Icicles item. Is there a reason it lets me right away with some items but not others?

For 2 of my reviews, it automatically had the publish button. The other 2 reviews, it was missing for a little bit and then showed up. For the past 2 days now, it's not giving me the option at all for my Icicle. It only will give me the option to save and preview.
