What to do when the toy breaks immediately

Contributor: That Guy That Guy
So, I just received a product for a manufacturer sponsored review, and it broke within 10 minutes of opening it up to use it. I've been messing around with it and can't seem to get this baby going again. Anybody know what the proper protocol is on this? I mean, I can hardly give it a fair shake based on the 5 minutes that it was working. Should I contact the manufacturer before writing the review? Just write a review in the non-extended format and describe what happened?

You might just have a faulty toy and the others manufactured might not be like that. I'd contact the manufacturer and submit a support ticket to see if you can't get another one.

I hope that helps!

You shouldn't submit a review on a defective toy. Please submit a support ticket to Eden and explain the issue. Here is a link to the support ticket area of your account: link

I'm sorry your product broke! It sucks when that happens.
