I'm just curious about who else on here does descriptive reviews fairly regularly and if you like doing them better or not.

I like descriptive reviews and I feel like they're improving my writing skills and my reviews in general because I tend to be harder on myself and what I'm writing to make sure I include everything. I feel a greater responsibility for them because this may be the first review anyone sees.

However, I don't feel like I have to give a product 5 stars if they don't deserve it...I try to be fair to the product and think about who it would work for.
