I was just working with a student and had an idea that might make things easier. Could it be set up so that stuff put in by the mentor came up in a different color text, at least on the editing portion? That way flags, edits and points to be discussed could be easily seen.

This would be AWESOME. Some sort of noting on the actual review, like, highlights, comments, etc. (sort of like using Show Revisions on a Word document) would be fantastic.
