Did you notice that the Expectations of Conduct is now posted! It is well written and clear. I also noticed that individual forum posts can now be flagged as offensive.

It will be interesting to see what happens the next time a heated issue comes up. I do know that in the past several people have left because of the way discussions were handled on the forum. I also know that there is at least one person who feels unwelcome on the forums right now. Rather than being "banned" he/she would prefer to avoid it.

Thanks for putting both the time and programming effort to make this a comprehensive policy that carries through.
