We just accepted a new student today and I tried to send them a message through the EF system to get them started. It didn't go through though, because I got an error that said "This contributor has not launched message service."

What do we do now? We don't have any other way to contact her.

When a new account is created the messaging service needs to be activated. If you ever run into this problem you can send me a message and then I can contact the contributor through there email account.
