#AskEden - Average Review Rating on Product Page?

Contributor: vulvalicious vulvalicious
I'm currently looking at the Jopen Key Lo - Vibrator Kit and I can see when I'm on the product page that there are only three reviews of this item that I can see; two 3-star reviews and one 2-star review; however, the "average review rating" shows four stars highlighted in yellow. When I hover over the stars, a little blurb pops up that says, "Rating: 2.7 out of 5." Why does it show four stars when in fact the average is lower, which is confirmed when hovering over the stars? I find this to be a misleading visual representation, especially when this is what most people go by initially before looking into a product further. Does anyone have any further information or insight on this? Thanks!

The rating of products takes in account of a few factors. Only one is the reviews. The others are the ratings people give in the comments with the numbers at the bottom. And the other is the star rating you can set at the top of the page by the stats of the product.
