It's definitely exciting. My rank went from 5.0 to 5.3 in the last week and a half thanks to double points week.

It seems the higher the rank gets, the slower it is to change. I guess that makes sense. When you've done 5 reviews, each one will have a greater impact than when you've done 25.

I get excited when it goes up of course, but I don't really stress if it goes down. I'm here for the fun and to help people choose awesome toys. The perks of a high rank are great, but not the reason I'm here.

I might bake myself a cake when I hit 5.6. I've been at 5.5 for so long! I like websites where I can collect silly points and badges, so not moving up in ranks for months is killing me on the inside a little.

I definitely like seeing my rank go up but it is really something I don't pay too much attention to. I do get really excited when someone rates my reviews as extremely useful. Makes me feel good-- like I've done a good job

My rank went up today, from 0 to 4.3 and i was so excited it was unreal :') I know its not an great rank or anything, but im just happy to be off the 0.

Bummer!!!!! Just noticed mine dropped to 5.3. I have been sitting at 5.4 for some time and thought it might soon be going up soon, not down!

I usually get disappointed when my rank goes down. I have been at a 5 for a year now, so to see it go down from there is just like WTF?! I have no clue how to get it up (no pun intended)

I used to get excited about it, especially when I was getting to certain milestones. I'm at 6.4 right now and honestly I can't see it going much higher. I'm just not ever going to be one of those people who can constantly pump out wonderful reviews to raise my rank up. I'm pretty content with where it is though.

I didn't even know your rank could go down. I don't really care about it; I know some people here are hardcore and write a million reviews and what not for it, but meh...that's not what I'm here for.

I get slightly disappointed when I see my review get 4's instead of 5's on reviews I feel that I put a lot of effort into. For example, a long thought out review with pics where most of the people gave me 5's but one or two people gave me a 4. That ticks me off a little but honestly I don't care too much! Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist. I'd love to know what it's missing. Most of the comments on my reviews are just "thank you" though.
