If 3 free assignments are given out for a product, and 1 of those people never right a review, will it go up for 1 more free assignment after a certain limit of time? Why or why not?
About assignments: If someone doesn't do one, is it up for being free again?

Unfortunately, it probably won't. In the "I never say never, but probably not" kind of way.
I'm really hesitant to put down a solid answer that would cover ALL issues, because special considerations can be made.
