It's been a year since I've been on EdenFantasys, since I was out of the country. It seems that a lot has changed since I've been away, and I have a few questions.

1) How does free assignments work now? Is it still less than 3 reviews per product, and is it limited to sex toys (no lingerie, etc.)?

2) How do points work? When I was here last, I thought you could make a purchase with a gift card converted from your points, but now it says you can only use points for 15% of your purchase?

3) Are video reviews still in limbo (assigned video reviews, in which you will be compensated)?

4) Are gift cards still awarded for articles written?

Hello,

Buy out assignments and the DR program are still active.

Points can only be used for 15% of the purchase total. This may change in the future.

Anyone is free to submit video reviews, however none are being assigned at this time.

Gift cards were never awarded for articles.

The other thing that changed is reviews only earn points if it's a verified purchase from EF.

I'm in the same boat! I just returned today to write up a couple of reviews, only to find things kinda messy here in EF-land...

How DO free assignments work now, as far as requesting items?

And what's up with only being able to use points on 15% of a purchase?

Hello All,

Please make room for me too on this boat. I've been away as reviewer for about 2 yrs, so I too am trying to read up & familiarize myself with the changes.

It seems like a whole new world, but I do still see some familiar names.

I have an outstanding review to submit & was thinking I'll begin there. If I need to do something or be brought up to speed on anything, please let me know.

Anxiously looking forward to rejoining the community

Same, I'm a bit bummed about the 15% limitations of the purchase. Especially since I had quite a few points built up on my account.

All the same for me.
I had to stop reviewing for a while because my internship took too much of my time. The points I earned, I earned them fair, and I earned them hardly, because at the time reviews were only worth 50 cents. I used the points I made on reviews to get more toys to review, as well as to get free shipping, because honestly, shipping to Canada is expensive as hell apparently? I get stuff delivered from China and they give me free shipping, what's up with only giving free shipping to USA?

If the limit of 15% stays, I won't be able to review anymore than what's left in my box that I haven't reviewed yet.

It is very disappointing. When you give a lot to your customers and then cut off almost everything, of course, we're going to be pissed off. I'm not even sure if I want to come back in the community, because all the points I gained, I won't be able to use, and it's honestly just frustrating to see the outrageously high amount of points I gained dangling in front of my face, waiting to be used, but not being able to because of limitations. I hoarded points to be able to review a deluxe toy. Now I won't ever be able too, because I'm poor as Job.


YAY for screwing everything good up. Just because a few people abused, the masses are punished. Nice. Thanks.

Same here. I was gone for a while myself, and now it's just effed. The points were earned fair and square when I was here, and it seemed like that was working fine.

However, last time I was on here it was booming with nothing but spammers and tons of people jumping in to get free stuff. There was more than a few.. it was getting out of control, but I don't think they have to be so extreme anymore.

Hopefully the changes will adjust again in the future so that they can be more lenient again. But for now it looks like we just have to hang on tight and hope for the best.
