How long

Contributor: Secret Pleasure Secret Pleasure
On average how long does it take you to write a review?
How many reviews have you written and in what time span?
have you gotten faster and writting them the more you do?
any tips for writing them faster?

I ask because I have only done three so far and each time it seems like it gtakes me forever. I love reviewing but i need to figure something out to get faster at writing them.

2-4 hours.

157 reviews on Eden, I think 170-something total.

I've gotten slower actually. I take my time editing the pictures more now, so that takes a significant amount of time. I also sit with the item in my hand and touch it often until I can find just the right words to describe it.

Don't go faster is my tip. When you go fast, you *will* forget things. It's better to take your time and have a lower amount of EU reviews than a large amount of hastily done ones. It's always evident how much time someone has spent on a review. A truly EU one usually looks like it took some time.

I'm pretty slow as well. I've gotten a little better with practice, but I've done 32 since Aug 28, which is right about 1 a week.

It depends on what it is. It took me about an hour to write my most recent one. I've wrote about 50, sometimes I hid a road block an can't think of how to put what I want to say into words. I'm better than I was when I first started. My first 5 or so reviews are just horribly embarrassing.

I'm the least productive one, I've only written four reviews so far! I usually spend three to four days on a review, I like to take my time and do it right.

It takes me about 1.5-3.5 hours to write a review. I have got faster at them, but because I am a faster at typing now and I know what to include by heart. I have written 200 reviews since July of 2011. I average about 5 a week. I am still relatively new around here.

I don't recommend to write faster. Take your time it is not a race. Just learn how to do it and do what you can.

Take you time to write a good one, going faster is not always a good thing. I takes me about 4 hours combined to write reviews. I have written 5 since joining Eden in December. I love it. I have about three waiting to be written

Good advice thanks. It seems the 3 I have written each take me a few hours to write them so I do not rush them. I just ask bout speeding up the process because my free time is limited and once I start school next week I am going to have even less time so i need to figure out ways to still have time to be on Eden.

I've done 17 reviews since joining Eden a few months ago.

Honestly it takes me at lest two or three days of working about 5-8 hours a day. This is for the writing and photos that I make into collages.

I love to write and took sevral honors courses in collage that really challenged my writing ability. Spelling is a horible stuggle for me. Content and writing sexy is a struggle. But thanks to my wonderful mentor it is getting much easier for me to write kind of erotic in my reviews.

Honestly, I would sugest getting a great mentor. Luciouselolliepop is my mentor and belive me she is a great friend, and amazing reviewer , and a top knotch sex guru!!

I could never do the reviews i do with out her help and support!

I just did a search on the forum for "how long" to see if this question had been asked before. It takes me several hours to write one review, with another hour or so of taking photos and editing them. My most recent review took around six hours total, over the course of several days.

And that's not counting the "product testing"!

a few hours...I am new to this as well but have gotten better with knowing what to add and not..It usually takes me so long because I do in the morning and have to chase my son around inbetween! Quit often though because of that I put stuff on paper and then transfer over to computer

It usually takes me about an hour to write a review. I have been doing this for over a year now, with about 20 reviews written. I can say that yes with time I have gotten faster with writing my reviews.

If I factor in picture taking time, it takes me longer. Perhaps 1-2hours?
