Review help?

Contributor: Stephanie Marie Stephanie Marie
I started to do a review with the extended version, but I don't want to do it in that version really. I went through and deleted all the content I already wrote thinking then I could just delete it out of reviews. But I still couldn't. Is there anyway to delete it out of reviews, so I can do it the standard version instead?
Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Steph

Unfortunately, once you select a template version and save it, you can not switch templates later. I have done the same in the past and even submitted a ticket but was told there is nothing I could do. Sorry

Oh that sucks! I didn't even realize I hit save at first. Poopy! I really didn't want to do the extended version for this toy. They should fix that for sure!

Anyways thanks for the info!

Well I just got that answer from the support ticket finally. Ehh I might not review it then, I really didn't want to do it in that format. I am a bit picky on which format I use for which toys. So I think that one will just sit in the review section untouched since I can't switch it.

Well, it's just a mistake you made.
I wouldn't completely toss away a review you already had brewing.
Just finish it up the way it is and then make sure next time not to do that, lol.

I didn't realize that you couldn't switch it over.

I would just learn from the mistake, write up a review in Extended and remember next time.
However, totally understand being stubborn But just remember, if that item doesn't have a lot of reviews, your perspective is greatly needed and appreciated!

Oh I get its a mistake I made. But really they can't fix that? I am not doing it extended because really I don't want to do it as a extended because if I do it as extended I can only think of like a sentence to write for most of the sections. Its not being stubborn its being realistic.

Is there anything else you would like to complain about while you're at it?

I am NOT complaining. I had a SIMPLE question. No need to get rude.

Damn what is it with certain people on here being so damn rude?

Yes I would like to complain about that.
If you have nothing constructive to say about the topic then how about not comment? Thanks!

Oh I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to offend you it was an honest question.

I figured you get it out of your system in one go instead of littering the forum with posts I myself find to be rude in nature.

But hey, we all have our pet-peeves, right?

Oh no its not a pet peeve I simply do not like people like you. The ones who think they are better then others. The ones who are complete bitches. Can't stand you and your type. Can't stand the type who only post trying to start shit.

Yep Now I am done.

Maybe disengaging would be an awesome idea here, y'all.

We don't all have to like each other, but we do all need to at least be civil together on the forums. If you can't do that, then don't say anything. If you think someone is being an asshole, just give your computer the finger and be the better person and DON'T RESPOND.

If we don't have anything nice to say, we shouldn't say anything at all--but if our reply isn't going to do anything but cause more trouble, it's not really nice, either.

I would like to formally apologize for hurting anyone's feelings. I admit I had a knee-jerk reaction and I lumped a couple of Sgirl's posts/comments into a group of other user's posts and comments.

My frustration had been festering for a couple of days, with all of the good Eden does it for its users, it really pains me to see people nitpick or not follow proper protocol when it comes to trying to get an issue resolved. Seemingly forgetting the move the company has undertaken and all of the wonderful programs they are working on for the benefit of users.

I became protective. My bad.

Hey, guys:

First of all, thank you for your apology, Ansley.

Secondly, I would greatly appreciate it if you all would remain civil in the obvious discord this thread has caused. What started as a simple relevant question turned into something it shouldn't have.

The flags are being dealt with and no more are needed.

Thank you.

Personally I prefer to use the extended format so much I think it should be an option on all toys. It allows for so much more information and organization that way. I haven't found a toy yet I couldn't EASILY write a thousand words for. But I know that's not for everyone, and if you accidentally start it in the wrong template for you, you should be bale to go back in and fix it if you want. Too bad you can't.
