So, admittedly I haven't been as active the last few months since I had a rough semester, but I've been back and active on the site the past week. My current bullet vibrator is dying (wahh!) so I figured i'd choose one and use my points towards it, which I've been saving for SOOO long. Well, I applied the points and got this message: "Up to 15% of your total amount due may be covered by Point Gift Cards".

Since when? I redeemed points, only like $7 worth way back, long ago, and I remember using them all on one order. When did this happen? It makes me sad, because I was going to get the Lelo Mia 2 so I could actually have a *good* bullet for a change, but $69 is too steep for me :/ less

It is, yes, but at least they are still offering to give us a discount, because they could have just completely stripped it away from us because of all of the people who were abusing the system.

It's what happens, it only takes one person to screw it up for the rest of us. However, they let us keep a 15% discount, which yeah, it sucks compared to what it was before, but they could have just taken it completely away from us and they didn't.

I appreciate those who responded to my post, but as I said, I was away for a little while. Still, when I discovered that this was the case, it's not like I ran right here to bitch. I searched and searched and couldn't really find anything (and come on, this site and the whole community section is pretty freaking hard to sort through and could use a total revamp). less
