Yes, you can sign up for Surprise Me over and over - Please do!!! I'll assign one toy per month to you. Many contributors find that they get lucky with their assignments being interesting and sometimes pretty expensive

I have been unable to get the item I was assigned shipped out. The shipping date keeps slipping everyday. Is the item out of stock or is there anything I can do to help the process?

It may now be 'out of stock'. I will contact Customer Service for you and check. Sometimes, the overlap is just enough for the last of something to be sent out. I'll email you with an answer tomorrow. Thanks!

This is indeed still going on. We also use Surprise Me for other reviews - like batches of new stuff the site doesn't carry at the moment. I try to assign a handful each week or so. You do usually get to see what you are assigned, but not always. Hence, the element of "surprise"!
