A good partner will do whatever he or she needs to to give his partner pleasure in the butt w/ zero pain if his or her partner is interested and willing, otherwise they will respect the partner's decision to not have anal.
If someone doesn't want to go there then it's not going to feel good. If someone's a guy then it can still feel good. If the giver doesn't have a penis there are alternatives - fingers, toys, harnesses. Even if someone has a penis there are smaller alternatives - fingers, toys, etc.
