You can actually use them a number of ways. If you just leave them in during sex, your husband might actually be able to feel them through the vaginal wall, which will provide texture for him as well as a fuller feeling for you. Pulling them out right as you orgasm is supposed to be a pretty intense feeling. Or you can put them in and pull them out more than once (might be a little hard to do during sex, but would work as foreplay). The popping sensation that occurs when you pull them out can be a little shocking, but it's pretty nice, and you can either pull them out all at once or more slowly.
