For glass and metal we use silicone like Pjur Back Door or Gun Oil. For silicone we use either YES oil-based or Boy Butter.

For silicone toys, I use Sliquid Sea, H20, or Sassy. For glass or metal, I use Gun Oil (silicone based)

Ironically Gun Oil H20 seems to be thinner than Astro and ID glide water based lube. If it's a silicon toy I'd recommend astro glide

I am a big fan of Maximus water-based. Longest lasting of the water-based lubes.

My partner prefers Pjur Silicone. Can't use it with silicone toys though.

Boy Butter is a lot of fun and sticks nicely to toys.

If you need a water-based lube for your toy, I've found that the Colt Slick Lube works pretty well, and lasts a lot longer than many water-based lubes. Plus they offer pretty big "small bottle," compared to some companies.
