I've not used a vibrating plug, but I do imagine I'd enjoy it better than a non-vibrating one as vibrations generally make things better for me. I've also teased myself with my other vibrating toys around the entrance of my anus and know that felt amazing.

I enjoy both. It kind of depends on my mood.

I have noticed that when I'm using a vibrating toy vaginally while wearing a non-vibrating anal toy, the vibrations seem to travel through my vaginal wall and actually give the anal toy a bit of a buzz as well. Granted, the butt vibes aren't as strong as when I'm using an anal toy that vibrates itself, but it's definitely enough to be noticeable and feel good.
