I assume you mean you and your partner? I don't see any reason why this couldn't be used on your own or with someone else. I would use caution with this kit though, since some of the pieces don't look as anal friendly as they should.

I would not use these toys they are made of rubber which will not be able to get clean, I would choose silicone, glass or metal they can be cleaned. Rubber is to pourous and can hold bacteria and smells.

If you cover them with a small condom it should be fine to share them with a trusted partner. I wouldn't use them uncovered simply because you could pass intestinal bugs back and forth to each other...like the flu! They are rubber so they wouldn't be able to be cleaned totally though a good washing would remove all but the most persistent bugs. So long as you both are healthy it would be fine but why risk it, no?

It could be used both ways, I am sure. Plenty of people assist their spouses in the anal play, so I suppose you could use this solo or alone. You could use one, your partner the other and then get down to whatever other activities. I guess it's one of those items that can be used any time you want. No reason you couldn't use it while with a partner.
