On some people it will fit if they have spent enough time learning to relax their anus and doing a certain amount of "stretching" (think aerobic warm-up rather than "the rack"). Some people won't be able to fit it in no matter how much work they put into it. Nobody will be able to walk up one day and shove it in, at least without having major injury.
