Try the Tantus Ryder. It's 1 1/2" wide and is super comfortable.

There are a bunch of toys in the 1.5" range that are good - check out the page link .

I'd recommend getting one without much texture (the Tantus Severin might be a good choice).

I have the Love Pacifier Begineer and the Love Pacifier Advanced, both of these have worked for me for a while now. yhey are very comfortable for long term wear, they stay in place and you can sit with them inserted I recently got a Ryder and am getting used to to using it.
