Unless you have a preexisting condition (such as hemorrhoids), and assuming you use a lot of lube and take a long time to warm up (and thus don't cause any damage), I think you will be ok!

As long as you use enough lube (lube, lube and more lube!) you should be just fine. Just make sure you aren't doing anything that is causing pain, and if anything hurts, stop, take a break, and work up to the size slowly.

Be careful, lube up, don't force things and you should be OK. If your anus gets sore then take a few days off.

as long as you use lube with your toys and don't rush it, but instead spend some time getting yourself ready you should be fine. Also remember to clean your toys regularly.

I have been doing anal play for almost 10 years now with no realt problems, also listen to your body, if it hurts stop, if it feels nice carryon.

If you are into stretching ( basically putting ever larger toys in) then some disconfort is to be expected, but really listen to your pain receptors, oh and there really ism no such thing as too much Lube. In short the more the better.
