I am comfortable at 1.5" - I have done more - up to 2", but it's rare and takes a lot of preparation.

I am working on the 3" mark, I can get the Hoss in with a bunch of warm up but it takes about an hour or more all in. Limit? I am sure there is but I have no idea what it would be, probably depend on anatomy for one thing. I don't think I can get much bigger than 3", my hip/leg bones get in the way with the Hoss unless I am positioned just right. I have seen two litter bottles inside a anus so I know the anus can stretch quite a ways.

I am most comfortable with toys that have about a 1.5" diameter anything bigger and i have to really work up to it.

1.5" is perfect for me. Anything smaller is okay for warm up but too small for my tastes. I would like to try something slightly bigger than 1.5" just need to find the next plug I want to buy.

I'd say 1.5-1.75 treats me about right. Getting up to 2" has been fun at times. I haven't hit my limit yet but I'd say it is around 2.5
