No it doesn't it sort I use lube and about every couple of hour's I a pile more lube and yes. GingerAnn yes I do sleep being plugged I personally feel if you enjoy being plugged during the day why would you take that great feeling away. I don't switch to a smaller one at night I keep the one I'm wearing that day until the next time I change the plug. The largest one that I wear is called large plug it's 5" insertable with a grith of 7". I don't think any larger one grith wise that is would be comfortable to wear for any length of time. I'm trying a larger one now thanks to the girlfriend.

It really depends on the situation. If I'm already wearing one, then of course I will go out with one in. I'd only put one in if I knew I would be able to take a break or take it out momentarily.
