Njoy Pure! They aren't the best for constant dilation (wide neck plugs), but excel at everything else. I'm confident in recommending them without hesitation. The Neo is 1.4" diameter and the NJoy Pure Large is 1.5. This isn't hugely different, but it's the weight that is a HUGE difference. The Neo is a feather in comparison to the Large's 11 oz. This weight is one of the most unique and amazing pleasure thing with the NJoys. I don't recommend getting the XL (which I just got). it's huge in comparison to the Neo. If this doesn't interest you, and are more after dilation and fullness as priority, then you want to hunt down a 1.75" plug with a 1.25 to 1.5" neck. Something maybe like the small (d= 1 5/8) or medium (d=1 7/8) Egg from Square Peg. less
