Does anyone yse the Tantus for long term wear, it seems to be flexible enough and wont slip out when wearing it out, I find it comfortable to wear around but I need some advice on long term wear.

You find it comfortable and secure, so that sounds like it's a good choice for long term wear.

Other people agree with you, especially for the newer model with the stiffer base.

Yep. I think it's one of the best plugs for long-term wear.

The Ryder is, and has been, a part of my daily wardrobe ever since we bought one two years ago. This butt plug has been perfect for long-term wearing - flexible, comfortable while still decently sized, and easy to sterilize.
My Mistress has me wear a butt plug every day and the Ryder has been my faithful go-to. She keeps it secure with a locking butt plug harness so I've never experienced any slippage scares, although one might want to add a little extra security with a tight pair of briefs or a thong just in case.
