Both of these toys seem fairly similar in size. The main differences I see are the base, Infinity is a little longer and obviously one has a dip in the center but other than that they seem pretty similar. Does anybody have both? If so, if you had to buy just one which would you buy and why?

For those that only have the Tantus Ryder what's good and what's bad about it?

Very secure and comfortable for long term wear because of the long, small neck and small, soft base. I haven't had a problem inserting it, but for a first-timer the round tip might be just a bit too abrupt, but once you learn how to relax it's comfortable going in. Not a huge amount of prostate stimulation once inserted, and in general it is towards the "less stimulating" end of the spectrum. Glad I have it.

Everything that ScottA said.
It's incredibly soft and smooth while remaining immensely easy to insert. The silicone of the Ryder is much softer and plushy than that of any other Tantus toy. However, it remains firm and solid, making its softness quite advantageous. The lack of any ribs, ridges, or dips (like that of the Infinity) makes it incredibly easy to accommodate. Also, the base is PERFECT. It's soft and shaped in a manner that fits nicely in between butt cheeks. You can't even feel the base while wearing it. The Ryder is easily my favorite plug. I highly recommend it.
By the way, I too was contemplating between the Ryder and the Infinity Royal, since they were both comparable in size. The dip in the Infinity actually looked very attractive to me, however, I was looking for a smooth plug that would fit comfortably in my butt. I was afraid that the dip in the Infinity plug as well as the unusual base would be way too uncomfortable and a regretful purchase.
It totally depends on what you're looking for in a plug.

I worry a bit about the points on the base of some Tantus plugs. On the Vixen plugs they're OK, because the silicone is so soft, but Tantus silicone is a bit firmer.
The Ryder's base could be a bit more substantial. There are times where it just feels flimsy.

I owned the Ryder one, and then lost it. It was perfect for me: nice shape and very comfy. Want to get another one.

I used the Ryder for about two yrs now and it was alway very comfortable while inside me. Some days I forgot it was even inside me... When sitting for long periods of time, you should sit straight up, lean forward and spread your thighs out a little, this takes pressure off the Ryder corners. I could comfortably sit at my computer desk for up to three hours. Ryder is great while walking and shopping at any mall. Yep, I even did abs, butt and leg exercises with my Ryder inside me. Squats gave me the greatest feeling on the upward motion squeezing my Ryder with my anus. Currently, I have ordered the Infinity Plug Royal because it's a tad longer and that should give me deeper penetration. I will round the corners to look and feel like the Ryder plug. I'm hoping the Infinity can be just as comfortable inside me while shopping as was the Ryder.

I have and use both. They are both great but different, the Ryder is for me a "stay put" plug while the Infinity Royal is ideal for thrusting.

Ah good point I can see how the dip in the middle would make it better for this thanks liz

I don't have either (yet) but I've heard that the base on the Tantus Ryder is more comfortable.
