That depends on the individual. That toy has too much texture for me, not to mention the cost. That's one expensive toy.

Since this is in "Anal Toys" I'm assuming that you'll be using it anally. The rule of thumb for anal play is be conservative. Start smooth, and add texture little by little.

Yes start out smooth for sure, too much texture and it's unenjoyable. Though this varies from person to person of course.
