Oscillating tongue also is able to provide fantastic sensations, but it hardly can be used deep inside the rectum.
I guess the closest we can get are licking toys that you can ride, something like Double Lix
Swinger and Booty thruster are great anal thrusters, but they don't mimic tongue movement.
