I'd like to know, as well. I've had my eyes on both of these, and it seems like the big tentacle is more texture-heavy, so if you're more into intense texture that is more for you. The tentacle jr is considerably smoother. Still, I really have not bought either of these toys.

this one is smaller in diameter and has less pronounced texture
