I like beads which start at a smaller diameter and increase with every bead, and are not of a round shape but elliptic.

The silicone kit suggested by RomanticGoth is great. Also the Fun Factory Felix is good. Or the Njoy Pure Plug in small or medium -- I find that the medium is easier to insert than anything else I've tried.
