Normally, 1 1/4" is my limit without warm-up. However, there are some exceptions - for example, I can take the 1 1/2" large-sized Pure Plug without warm-up because its shape and design are perfect.

It's weird but sometimes I can even go up to 2" with no warmup, just careful insertion. But it seems to work only with certain materials like the UR3 material. I guess that's why the Ultra skin cock is one of my favorites

I voted 1 7/8 - 2" but that's with a traditional, cone shaped plug and 1-2 minutes to insert. I probably couldn't just pop a 2" plug in there with no warmup/stretch.

If it's fairly blunt then no more than 2", anything larger needs a decent taper on it.

The largest toy I've inserted with no warm-up is the Njoy Pure Plug 2.0, at roughly 2" diameter. I can attribute that to the design and material, though... Right?
Now that I think about it, I don't really warm up for the Sexy Spades Large or the A Bomb very much, either. Their shapes are pretty conducive to insertion, though...

I'm impressed that you can take the Sexy Spades Large "cold"! I have the medium and I have to warm up (usually with 2 smaller toys) before I can take even that.

My Tantus Severin medium goes in with no warm up, though I can't just shove it in either. My 2.3" wide dildo can be the first toy I use, I just slowly push it in a little at a time and pull out, going in more every time. Once I have it in a comfortable amount, usually 6-7 inches I will let it sit there for a few minutes until I am totally relaxed to it. Then the hard thrusting starts I don't know if that counts as no warm up or not.

I can start with any of my toys, but it may take a few minutes to get warmed up. I mean I don't just pick up a large toy and ram it home, but after some lube and a finger or two get worked around for a but I relax and can take even my largest toys pretty easily.
