Should I buy silicone or aluminum?

I'm fairly new to anal toys! Which is the winner? Keep in mind I may not go with these sizes in particular, I am just asking regarding the material.

I'd go with silicone as my first anal toy more specifically the beginners anal kit.

Silicone, definitely. If it's your first time with anal play then you're going to be very tight, you're not going to have experience with relaxing yourself enough on demand, and it's possible that your body will involuntarily clench against the toy, so you want a nice soft material which will cushion any of that and feel comfortable as you get used to playing around.

The big end IS big! 1 3/4" versus the Alumi Mini @ 1 1/4". I'd suggest the silicone for it's forgiveness but the Mini for it's size.

While silicone would be better for beginners, I would pick the mini just because it's smaller.

Definitely silicone to start.
There is a smaller version of the Big End called the L'il End that might be a good place to start.

Something silicone, but not the Big End. Choose one smaller (an inch or so in diameter to an inch and a half), smooth and with gentle edges.

not using rigid toys is best for starting out anal play. silicone is great

Go with silicone. The Aluminum one looks awfully pointy. OUCH! Plus silicone is softer.

Ok, material aside, please don't listen to any of these people. Yes, for anal toys you want to go silicone, however, The Big End is not a beginner toy. If you're looking for you're first anal toy go with the Small End or another similar sized toy.
