I haven't yet found a butt plug that I'd trust to stay in long enough. I never had good luck with the standard beginner plugs (the ones that are skinny with a little bit of a bulge in the middle), and my glass plug, the stem part is just too thick for me. I need a plug with a long and skinny stem, I think.
I just ordered the Tantus Ace, so I'm hoping that will work for me. If so, I would totally wear it out. Of course, I'd have a ziplock bag in my handbag just in case it had to come out.

I've gone out with a toy in before. It's fun! And really, there shouldn't be a fear of it falling out on its own if it's a comfortable toy with a good base. I highly recommend the Njoy Pure plug or the Tantus Ryder for such things.

I wear tiny and very comfortable plugs when we are out together. He knows I have it in and I actually may guide his hand back there to make the point. It's a great game. I especially make a point of it if we are all dressed up and going to something formal. My only caveat is that I bring along lube and might go to the ladies room a couple times during the evening and reapply lube so it stays very comfortable. I am not into discomfort at all, but with a very tiny plug and lots of good lube, you are aware it is there, enough to be very horny, but still enjoy your entire evening without any real discomfort. The trick is to find the right plug for you and to experiment in short intervals.
