I do all the time! I don't know if it really makes me any hornier than usual, though, and I don't actually think it's terribly kinky... it just feels nice to feel full. I've never felt any risk of being 'discovered,' surely no one would notice unless I wanted them to. I never worry that my Pure Plug will fall out. I was worried my Pure Plug was too weighty for extended wear, esp. in public. I was wrong: it's no problem at all, quite nice! I wear it for hours, with short errands in public no obstacle.
