One of my first dildo purchases was the Crystal Jellies Royal, and my eyes were way bigger than myself on that one.
I liked the allure of the suction cup and I didn't think it'd be THAT big.
Lo and behold when it arrived I was stunned.
It sits lonely at the back of my closet these days. =/

I've done it both ways, where I got it and it was smaller than expected and larger in other case. Now that I have a variety I can measure the ones I have and compare with measurements online so I have a better feel for what im getting.

I've never been truly surprised by the size of the toy but I have underestimate my capacity to take it on one occasion (and the opposite underestimate how much length I need at another time.

Got a Pure Plug 2.0. When it arrive, said "Opps." Tried all night to get it in but no success. Went back to EF and relooked the 1:1 ratio and realize it is really big and what was I thinking. At work the next day kept thinking what should I do. I do not like to give up on anything. When I got home I read some posts on EF on how to use a large toys and tried again. Success ! Now it is easier but still not a piece of cake. However nothing else will do now. For me it is always the 2.0. Nice size and weigh and loved the full heavy feeling. Wear it as much as possible now. Makes yard work, housework, and walks more enjoyable. One day I might wear it to work !
