Tantus & Vixen are two makers of premier silicone dildos. Some of their products have small vibes that come with them - seemingly as an after-thought. From my experience these little watch-battery powered vibes are useless.

Shouldn't two smart companies like this be able to build a better bullet?

Any suggestions for stronger bullets that can be used with something like the Champlette link, Feeldoe link or B-bomb link?

What diameter bullet will fit? 1/4", 1/2"?
