Buying a dildo in secret?

Contributor: Lady Smile Lady Smile
I want to buy an 8 inch dildo to experiment with while masturbating, but I'm afraid to tell my boyfriend because I think he may feel his penis isn't big enough and feel upset, replaced etc. I dont want to keep secrets, but damaging his ego is also the last thing I want to do. What should I do?

My husband was really upset at first when he found out about my toy collection because he thought I was trying to replace him. I didn't have anything too crazy big so he calmed down after a while, and he loves using toys now.

I would suggest either tell him about the toys and see if you can get him into the idea. Who knows, he may even want to help pick one out. He might want to start smaller but at least he would get used to the idea.
Or..
If you want to buy something large you might want to try and get something non realistic-looking. He might be a lot less threatened that way if he does find out about it.
That's just my advice from my experience, I know it's kind of a tricky spot to be in. Good luck with whatever you choose

I'd talk to him first. You may find out that he's willing to use them on you and that way he'll still be involved and not replaced. If I was in his shows I'd rather hear it from you that you were buying toys rather than just stumbling upon them one day in surprise.
