As long as you clean it, it shouldn't matter all that much. I do not have the money to pay for condoms for each and every use. Such a frivolous thing to buy.

Always with ones that are even slightly porous, sometimes with ones that are nonporous and can be boiled or otherwise sterilized.

No, I don't share MY toys, I make sure to take a set that gets shared but not my personal ones, and I don't switch anal to vaginal each one has their own toys. But when I do anal wither its sex or toy time I always do a few enimas first.

It can be a great idea to promote safety and convienience, but I don't do it. Condoms get expensive fast, sometimes don't stay on toys well, and I stick with safe and sanitizable toys.
