The Tantus Champlette can be fitted with a suction cup option that goes into the hole that would normally take the vibrator. It's not quite as big as you'd like - it gets to just over 1.5" at the very bottom.
If you can find the discontinued Tantus Champ somewhere - it looks just like the Champlette but goes up to a little over 2".
I agree with OH&W here - Girthy Giant might be a marvelous idea. You can also look into butt plugs with suction cups. They tend to get much girthier than dildos close to the base, but you might lack in length then. Just a DIY idea

I get your concern about outside links, I try to avoid them - but EF cannot have every possible product and the link was to a manufacturer's site that EF sells - not to a different retailer.

I just submitted a review on the indigo silicone dildo and I included these other dildos as similar alternatives. All of them are around 6" in circumference and they're made of silicone.
I can say that the indigo has a pretty large head, it tapers to 4.5", then gradually widens to 6.5" circumference at the base. I have found that it's more accurate to search using the circumference rather than the diameter. For example on the product pages for the Caesar & the indigo, the Caesar dildo has a 2" diameter and a circumference of 6", and the Indigo has a circumference of 6.5" and a diameter of 2". See what I mean? There's no way they can both have the same diameter but have a different circumference.
I think the Mega silicone realistic dildo (Catalog ID: ET150001) is similar to what you're looking for. Do you have any preference for the type of material?
