in the shower sure, and silicone toys heat up fast internally.

Nope. I've heated up glass toys a few times, but I don't do it for silicone. Although I did once use a silicone dildo that was still warm from being boiled. It was actually a little bit too warm. Not hot enough to burn me or anything, but I found it a bit distracting.

I once ran a silicone dildo under hot water, but not for long enough to really make a difference. I might try taking one into the shower with me though.

Usually holding a silicone toy in both hands for a minute or so is enough to warm it up close to body temperature.
