5" works best for me. Longer toys generally won't fit all that well, but then I get to use the extra length as a handle, so it works out.

6" and under for me at least anything that I use, the diameter is important too. for just toys to look at I do like the look of the longer toys they just seem more aesthetically pleasing even if I know I cannot personally use them.

I voted 6 and 8 because anywhere around 7 is perfect, 8 is ok, I just can't insert it all. My partner is about 6 1/2 and he's absolutely perfect, but he definitely fits it all the way in and we like that, I don't care if I can't take a dildo down to the balls.
