I'm a really big fan of bumps. I almost always wind up using the bumpy side of my bumpy spiral double dong.

The lattice on the Gold Laced G is amazing, though, and you don't have an option for that so I wanted to make you aware of it. my review, Dwtim's review.

I hate bumps. I just can't do them. They, like, rub me raw or something. Even moderate bumps on the Raspberry Crush. I feel like I'm getting scratched from the inside with a scrubby brush or something. The only dildo that doesn't do that to me is Rainbow Swirl, and that's because the nubs are at the entrance to my vaginal canal, instead of deep inside.

Anyway, I like swirls. Lots of them. I own Allegro, Twisted Pleasure, Swirled Blue, Icicles No. 1... and more. I love swirls.

My advice to anyone who wants to try out textures on glass: go for something that has swirls AND nubs, such as the Royal Duet, Pink Allure, Bumpy Spiral Double, etc.

I LOVE ridges but bumps are much more difficult to tolerate, esp. tiny bumps. Those feel like pin pricks.

Oh man, this is a hard vote. I love the bumps on my glass toys (the ones that I can feel), but I don't care for the bumps on my plastic Dreamers Bliss. I also love the ridges on my Allegro and Dai-Do #4.

I think on the Icicles No. 24, the horizontal underside texture was the most painful. Gentle ripples and such I think would be good for me, though.

Although I do enjoy bumpy texture AND swirls/ribbed texture, I tend to be more picky about my bumpy toys because if the bumps are not the right size then they can be irritating.

I actually wind up being pickier about swirls... if the glassmaker's hand slipped and the swirl is uneven, my vagina will get all OCD It's much more forgiving if bumps happen to by asymmetrical.

I am just picky about the size because I find smaller bumps to be more irritating and larger bumps to have a bumpy yet smooth feel to them that I like.

Ridges and veins always do the trick for me. I can also go for swirled toys, but the texture needs to be "larger." I have the Ribbed dildo from DJ, and I flat out can't stand it.
