Agreed, I could buy a used motorcycle and rig it up to a dildo for that price.
I sense a future ToyTimeTim vid.

Pretty as it is, I don't think I'd go for it. I could get a healthy chunk of stuff off of my wishlists for that kind of money. I kind of like the cufflinks, though. Reminds me of how toys from the Insignia line come with a brooch.

As nice as it looks, I don't really understand how a stainless steel toy of that size is priced at $540. The Eleven is 3.5 lbs and only costs $299. The Earl only weighs 8.5 oz, which is just more than 1/2 lb.

The silver plating is the reason why. Still, I think I would rather have a stainless toy over silver, no worries about ruining the finish.

At least you could say your ass is worth its weight in gold...or silver.

I could be wrong but no where on the LELO site does it say that it's silver plated. And only on the EF page does it even mention silver as the color, not the finish.

"Ease into pure luxury with the fluid curves and exquisite construction of Earl from LELO. This non-vibrating gentleman's pleasure object, available in silver or 18K gold plate, is designed to provide targeted prostate massage through anal penetration; with the added stimulation of warmed or cooled precious metal, it's a sensory revelation. Hygienic, stylish and ready for play, Earl is smooth and designed with a ring for easy removal. Comes presented in an elegant wooden gift box with matching cufflinks, manual, satin pouch for stylish storage, and a 1-year LELO warranty."

That's the info another site has on it.

Yup, your right my friend, it's only stainless. (Did I say ONLY???LOL

From Lelo's site "crafted in stainless steel or 24K gold plate."

Well, that certainly shot that one down the drain. I could buy another Eleven and make two of these for the same price. Oh well, life goes on.

This is directly from the LELO site:

"EARL is an elegant and luxurious gentleman's pleasure object, elegantly sculpted to provide exquisite tension and profound pleasure, crafted in stainless steel or 24K gold plate. The metal, enticing and evocative against the naked skin, offers exciting prospects for users inclined to the sensual utilisation of hot or cold. As a gentleman's plug for deep internal stimulation, including male G-spot massage, he helps the user sustain sensation and reach a new intensity of release. Hygienic, stylish and ready for play, he is smooth and designed with a ring for full control of the sensual experience. Use EARL as you wish, whether it be with a partner for added enjoyment or as a secret companion, worn discreetly. Comes presented in an elegant wooden gift box, accessorised with matching cufflinks, manual, satin pouch for stylish storage and a 1-year LELO warranty."

That other site appears to have both wrong. It's stainless steel, not silver, and it's 24K gold plate, not 18K.

Well, a lot of people enjoy relationships that value their Power Dynamic. Not all men who are Doms or Alphas are "Male chauvinist pigs." My Man is Dominant in our relationship, and it is completely consensual.

I love to serve him and would be happy to use this toy, or any on him (or anything else, sexual or otherwise) if he were to ask.

Being In Service to a partner doesn't mean that partner is a bad person, it's just the way some people recognize and value their Power Dynamic. Open Subs recognize their role and don't see their Doms as "chauvinistic."

Just sayin'. A lot of us here are in D/s or M/s relationships. They are all consensual.

Anyway, it is an expensive toy, and My Man isn't into prostate stim (sadly, but it isn't my ass, so it's totally up to him) and I really wouldn't spend that much on myself.

Tim, my man, I love you to do death...but a "mullah" is a Muslim religious teacher - usually a man. I believe the word you're looking for is moola.

*hmph*...I'd say Lelo needs to work on their copy editing if that's the case. You know we don't write this stuff, right? We take what we're given.

Oh yay!!! That's good news! I was doing some googling and it seems like half the companies have it right and half have it totally wrong. Glad we aren't spreading some false advertising around here.

That price is insaneeee. But it does look amazing. How much would the price come down if they would drop the cuff links? Fifty bucks, maybe? Lol.

Wow, this is EXPENSIVE. Yup, those are cufflinks! Imagine going a party, receiving a compliment on your stylish cufflinks and before you explain that "Lelo" is the name of a sex toy company, you offer to show off the matching accessory!

So cool. The box that it comes in is really nice also. If you think that this would be a long lasting toy, the price is a little bit easier to bare.

Much like any stainless toy, it will last a life time and more with a little care. The problem, at least for me, is that I have a toy twice the size for half the price. Not saying I would not like to have it, it's just the price is to high for my blood.
