Awesome! I'm pretty new to glass, myself, I have two glass dildos and that's the extent of my glass stuff. However, I became a total believer after my first experience; glass is AWESOME! My only advice is to go slow and be careful at first because glass is unlike any other material, especially soft materials like silicone or jelly. If you're TOO zealous you can wake up with some very sore bits in the morning, so definitely take your time with getting used to it.

I got my first glass toy (a plug) recently. Lubricant, especially water-based or more runny lubricants, can be used sparingly with glass, as it spreads it really well. Glass can also be used for temperature play if you enjoy that, but since it can be somewhat intense with glass, I suggest "warming up" (no pun intended) to the sensations.

Glass is just wonderful. I love my glass pieces (I have a total of 4 and I will get more). I would warm them in warm water or you can cool them in cold water for sensations, they don't need a whole freaking bottle of lube, and they are totally body safe.
I did hit my cervix once with it (yeah, that was unpleasant), but once I was used to the length it was great. Honestly, even if you don't care for the look of yours, it should be one that can put good pressure on your g-spot...so you still win big!
